Welcome to Rama Floral Design. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Products & Design Variations
All floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, natural flowers. Because of seasonal availability and floral design techniques, slight variations in color, flower type, or arrangement style may occur while maintaining the same overall value and quality.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the perishable nature of flowers.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available within our designated local delivery area. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM, subject to availability.
Free local pickup is available in Norwalk, CA. Pickup details will be provided after checkout.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery, contact, and recipient information. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Limitation of Liability
Rama Floral Design is not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or recipient unavailability.
