All Sales Are Final
At Rama Floral Design, we work with fresh, perishable flowers and handcrafted arrangements. For this reason, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in acceptable condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request clear photos of the product and packaging.
How We Resolve Issues
Once verified, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement, when available
- A store credit for the affected item
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery address
- Custom or personalized orders received as requested
Delivery & Pickup Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Once an order has been successfully delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
